Job description

· Administrative Support:
- Execute a range of administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records to ensure efficient workflow.

· Care Coordinator Assistance:
- Assist Care Coordinators with administrative tasks to free up their time for client-focused responsibilities.
- Collaborate closely with Care Coordinators to streamline various processes and enhance overall efficiency.

· Communication and Correspondence:
- Facilitate communication within the organization and with external partners.
- Prepare and distribute official communications, reports, and other documentation.

· Client File Management:
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of client files and records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

· Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and support the organization of events as needed.
- Provide logistical support for team meetings and training sessions.

· Database Management:
- Utilize databases and systems for efficient data management and reporting.
- Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
