Job description

Overview:

The Sr. Director Revenue Operations possesses a strong background in revenue operations, having owned and managed forecasting, reporting, and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have driven sales and account management process enhancement and owned and managed systems utilized to support GTM from marketing through to account management in a dynamic growth environment.

 

Position Location

This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

Responsibilities:
  1. Partnering with senior sales & account management leadership, work to enhance and operationalize GTM processes for inside sales, direct sales, account management, and lead generation.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  3. Operationalize KPIs using analytics & advanced visualization tools (PowerBi, Tableau, Alteryx)
  4. Implement sales and renewal forecasting process & cadence across business units to drive forecast accuracy.
  5. Analyze systems and tools needed to support GTM, gather requirements, develop business cases, procure and implement, and work with sales enablement to ensure utilization and ROI.
  6. Help drive strategy & enhancements to the CRM (Salesforce), driving adoption and utilization, while constantly innovating with a focus on automation
Qualifications:

Education:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:   

  • 7+ years of sales operations experience
  • Proven success in driving sales growth
  • Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, analytic/visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  6. Positive attitude, innovative, self-starter
