Join Our Team as a Supplier Integrations Associate!

As a Supplier Integration Associate, you’ll build strong relationships with suppliers and tech partners, ensuring seamless data flow across Wayfair’s supply chain. From setting up integrations and troubleshooting connections to training suppliers on our tools, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving complex issues and driving continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate integration setup for new and existing suppliers.
  • Support suppliers by providing training and resolving  day-to-day integration problems.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor data connections, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Analyse data and find lasting solutions to complex integration issues.
  • Test and propose new ideas to improve efficiency and supplier experiences.

What You Will Have:

  • Experience in successfully operating within supplier management, account management, technical support or a similar role. 
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capability to investigate and identify the root cause of problems and clearly communicate solutions to relevant parties.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to implement creative solutions.
  • Experience in Google or Microsoft Suite (although any knowledge of GBQ would be be a plus ultimately an aptitude to learn new applications and systems is a must)
