Job description

  • Training Portal Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's training portal platform, ensuring that employees have access to the necessary tools and resources to perform their job duties effectively.
  • This role involves uploading and updating content, including videos, PDFs, and Policies and Procedures, assigning training modules to staff (especially new hires), and managing user access by creating username and password credentials.
  • Will conduct periodic audits to ensure all content is current and operational, track employee progress, and report on training completion or non-compliance to managers.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Minimum 1 year of relevant remote work experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Training Portal Administration

- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology particularly in LMS or Training Portal Administration

- With a-deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry)

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent in tracking and reporting on employees progress and compliance with deadlines

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional skills interacting with staff and managers

- Outstanding English communication skills (Written & Verbal)

- Expert in troubleshooting technical issues related to content or user access

- Proficiency in managing digital content, including video and document uploads

- Ability to work under pressure

- Flexible and can work any hour of the day

- With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or fiber) and with internet backup

Benefits
