Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. 
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in Customer Support is advantageous.
  • A TOEIC score of 650 or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and distributing train tickets (Thai / English) to customers who make reservations through our website.
  • Resolving customer issues via phone, email, or social media. (Thai/English).
  • Providing assistance to customers and operators in obtaining the information they require.
  • Communicate with other departments to accommodate their needs.
  • Providing customers with trip details and travel advice, including updating information with the team when operators contact us.
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day with a one-hour break.
  • Shift: 15:00 - 00:00
  • Days Off: 2 days per week
