Responsibilities

Assist Polish-speaking clients in planning and booking adventure tourism experiences across Greece.
Provide expert advice on adventure activities such as trekking, cycling, and water sports.
Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication via phone, email, and chat.
Proactively resolve customer inquiries and issues related to adventure travel.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and travel arrangements.
Stay updated on adventure tourism trends and opportunities within Greece.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and promote adventure travel solutions.

Requirements

Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) is essential.
Experience in customer service or sales, particularly in the travel or adventure tourism industry.
Strong communication skills with a commitment to understanding client needs.
A passion for adventure tourism and knowledge of Greece's adventure offerings is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is advantageous.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
