Responsibilities

Provide exceptional remote technical support to Finnish-speaking customers.

Requirements

Fluent in Finnish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in technical support or related field is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage diverse IT inquiries.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.
