Job description

We are seeking a talented Backend .NET Tech Lead to join our team for a fintech project involving a reporting application. This role requires someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with C# development
Proven experience with ASP.NET Framework and .NET ⅚+
Knowledge of OpenIddict, Entity Framework, AutoMapper, and OData
Familiarity with web standards and technologies, including accessibility compliance
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Strong leadership skills, with the ability or willingness to lead a team

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 2+ developers on a fintech reporting project
Design and implement a scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture for the platform
Generate ideas for project implementation and drive innovation
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation (solution designs, technical specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams)
Provide accurate project estimates and ensure adherence to development processes and timelines
