Email/Campaign Specialist
Etna Interactive, a leading online medical and aesthetic marketing firm based in San Luis Obispo, CA, is seeking a remote Email and Campaign Specialist. If you have at least 2 years of professional agency experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about marketing, this role is for you. As an Email and Campaign Specialist, you’ll drive impactful campaigns across email, social media (paid and organic), and landing pages, ensuring the highest quality and performance.

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies for email, social media, and digital ad campaigns.
- Lead campaign creation, manage the full lifecycle, and use analytics to optimize performance.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure clear communication of results.
- Stay updated with industry trends, offering innovative solutions to elevate client campaigns.
- Mentor colleagues and act as a subject matter expert in email marketing, social platforms, and digital ads.
Why You’re a Great Fit
- BA/BS in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in high-volume environments, with at least 2 years in an agency setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Meta Business Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Constant Contact, and Canva. (Unbounce, Active Campaign, and TikTok a bonus.)
- Strong understanding and experience in SEO.
- Strong communication skills and creativity.
- Familiarity with HIPAA (preferred but not required)

Compensation:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $51,000.00 – $62,000.00 annually. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications. At Etna Interactive, we strive to offer competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards and reflect the value of the skills and expertise that candidates bring to the table. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, educational background, demonstrated skills and abilities, and the specific requirements of the position.
