About the Role

As one of our esteemed Receptionists, you will undergo comprehensive training that equips you with all the skills required to become an essential part of the team.

Your role will involve representing our client to a portfolio of clients and, in turn, representing those clients effectively. You'll impress their callers by leveraging your exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities. Working as an integral part of our fast-paced and growing team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound phone calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring that clients never miss a call.
  • Entering caller information into our system accurately and promptly.
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service to clients consistently.
  • Maintaining a fabulous attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exhibiting a confident telephone manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrating accurate and timely data entry skills.
  • Being available to work on weekends (including both Saturday and Sunday).
  • Being available to work during holidays.
