Job Description
As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager - AI Services, this role is a key partner to our SSG AI Center of Excellence and the Technology and Solutions Delivery teams. This role drives Product Marketing direction, messaging strategy, and portfolio marketing for technical and AI solutions. You will bring AI advisory portfolio of services and capabilities to market, build content and materials, creates awareness, and manage marketing programs through the lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop offering marketing strategy and plans for the AI advisory portfolio.
- Drive product positioning strategy for new and existing solutions, services, and capabilities.
- Develop and evolve compelling narratives and value propositions.
- Global introduction and rollout of offerings (launch and eventual withdrawal).
- Partner with product development / management on roadmap execution.
- Understand AI advisory market trends, customer requirements, usage, and buying behavior, as well as the competitive landscape.
- Create and maintain sales content, web, assets, materials, and other deliverables.
- Develop revenue-driving programs, campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Create and manage a marketing budget and agencies.
- Drive and amplify thought leadership, inc. global readiness survey IP.
Key Deliverables
- Comprehensive offering marketing and enablement plans.
- Compelling value props, bold statements, and messaging differentiation.
- Launch and offering introduction, plus ongoing marketing management.
- Development and execution of globalAI readinesssurveycampaign.
- Measurement and reporting on marketing activities and programs (ROI).
Position Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience in the technology sector.
- 3+ years of experience directly managing the marketing and positioning of AI or emerging technologies solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in the managed services industry.
- Experience launching and managing offerings through the lifecycle.
Preferred Requirements
- Track record of engaging global audiences and matrix teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations.
- Outstanding writing, content development and editing skills with the ability to communicate simply and authentically.
- Professional presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Degree level qualification in marketing, journalism or equivalent.
The base salary range budgeted for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $140k - $165k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
