For this role, our client is searching for an experienced Intake Specialist who will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, responding to client inquiries, and identifying potential lemon law cases. This is a full-time position during Eastern Time from 11 AM - 8 PM.


The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have at least a year of experience as an Intake Specialist or similar role.
  • Must have previous experience in Customer Service or Administrative roles.
  • Must have strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to new processes and software systems seamlessly.


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:​​​​

  • Responsively handle incoming phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze provided information to determine if it meets the criteria for a lemon law case and initiate case processing accordingly.
  • Utilize software systems to automate email communication and ensure timely client interaction.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to gather additional details and address any concerns they may have.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and storage of all necessary information within the client's systems.
  • Undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills necessary for identifying potential lemon law cases and effectively navigating established client processes.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Compensation range: $3.00 - 6.00 per hour.


* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
