We have partnered with a US-based Product Company looking to expand its team. They develop management products that help lots of companies worldwide improve their efficiency and streamline their work. They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in Colombia, Brazil, or Ecuador and willing to work Central Standard Time from Monday to Friday

Our Proposal

As the Marketing Data Analyst, you're pivotal to our global marketing efforts! Your role? Dive into data to drive our marketing strategies, evaluate campaign performance, and ensure success. You're the storyteller, turning data into actionable insights that make a real impact. Plus, you're the glue between our marketing teams, optimizing every aspect of our campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to assess performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, supporting the creation of internal and external reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze vast datasets from over 10 channels, more than 500 campaigns, and a multimillion-dollar budget, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Oversee data collection and processing while maintaining a regular schedule for reports and analysis.
  • Develop self-service data visualizations and reports for business stakeholders.
  • Perform comprehensive full-funnel, multi-channel ROI and attribution analyses.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Expertise in SQL and Excel is required.
  • Around 3 years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
  • Experience in extracting data from various sources and creating advanced Excel reports.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced English level.

Nice to have

  • BA/BS degree
  • Degree or education in analytics, data, or mathematics
  • Experience with data visualization and analysis tools is a plus: Tableau, Databricks, Python (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas)
