Project Description
Our client, a leading SaaS home inspection platform, with a 7-year track record of helping home inspectors build successful businesses through their world-class inspection software, is looking for a Tech Leader Manager to join a high-octane team that's redefining the Home Inspection landscape. As their Tech Lead Manager, you'll wear multiple hats strategist, coach, and hands-on coding wizard. Requirements
Must have:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Typescript, Firebase,
Cloud Functions and Ruby on Rails.
At least 3 years of professional experience leading high-performing engineering
teams in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced level of English and ability to communicate concepts clearly to
technical and non-technical stakeholders
Agile methodologies experience with the flexibility to adapt processes while
scaling.
Nice to have
At least 3 years of professional experience with Vue 2/3 and mobile, specifically
Flutter/Dart is a huge bonus
Keep learning new technologies and staying ahead of industry trends.
Previous experience with US companies is a plus
Location
Latin America (LATAM). Fully remote.
Compensation
Salary is in USD, dependent on experience and abilities.
Testing
