Minimum three years of construction accounting experience, High competency with fully integrated ERP system, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Commercial/Contractor construction experience required, Knowledge of AIA Vista Viewpoint preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Process and track payment applications and accounts payable
- Assist with profitability projections and job cost accounting
- Communicate with project managers and external parties
- Generate lien waivers and verify subcontractor insurance
- Prepare monthly projection reports and update logs
