About The Position

Our client is seeking a Social Media Marketing Associate who is deeply immersed in crypto culture and actively follows the latest news and trends in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Company’s social media strategy and marketing efforts across various platforms, especially Twitter/X.

Your goal will be to help monitor our social media feeds, do online research, make posts, replies, and help to drive engagement and community growth on Twitter/X. You will also help to create compelling social media content, analyze performance metrics, and stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate is adept at social media, fluent in English, and possesses a keen eye for detail, a sense of humor, and a passion for the crypto space.

Responsibilities

• Help support and execute a comprehensive social media strategy on Twitter/X, including making and scheduling social media posts, helping to create content, actively engaging with our audience with comments, replies and postings.
• Create and curate engaging and relevant social media content that resonates with the crypto community, including video content, graphics, and memes.
• Be familiar with the tools for content creation, including video editing software, graphic design tools, and meme generators.
• Help manage social media campaigns, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring, to drive engagement and grow community metrics.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Monitor and engage with the crypto community across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and trends in a timely and professional manner.
• Leverage AI platforms and large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others to enhance content creation, optimize engagement strategies, and streamline social media operations.
• Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to align social media content with overall brand messaging and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the crypto space.
• Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep our social media presence fresh and engaging.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with social media, especially Twitter/X. Preferable to have at least one year of social media experience, preferably within the crypto or blockchain industry. Bonus points if you have worked at a high-growth web3 or blockchain project.
• Understanding and immersion in crypto culture, with a passion for staying informed about industry news and trends.
• Content creation and content marketing skills.
• Must be smart, have a passion for social media and the crypto industry, and be willing to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize social media performance.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
