Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Psychologist to join our innovative platform, offering a fully remote position that allows you to make a substantial difference in the lives of students while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commit to full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Work with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing on mild to moderate cases
  • Provide weekly compensation while maintaining a flexible and autonomous schedule
  • Support young individuals facing academic, emotional, or social challenges
  • Assist students in processing their concerns, setting objectives, and crafting actionable plans
  • Foster positive behaviors and promote mental health initiatives
  • Collaborate with parents and teachers to address students’ learning, behavior, familial, and social issues
  • Provide guidance to parents on matters such as communication and substance abuse
  • Implement behavioral management techniques
  • Research and execute educational support programs
  • Assist special education initiatives through the administration of psychological assessments
  • Advise on disciplinary practices for students encountering challenges

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of psychological principles and practices
  • Proficient in supporting students with diverse academic and emotional needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent in applying behavioral management techniques
  • Experienced in researching and implementing effective learning programs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school environment

  • Previous virtual experience is highly preferred
