Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and collaborating with various teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Pipeline Development: Cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities from cold and warm leads.

    • Lead Generation: Drive new business through proactive outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.

    • Lead Follow-up: Promptly follow up on inbound leads and sales inquiries to convert them into potential opportunities.

    • Relationship Building: Establish credibility and build trusted relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.

    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and deals in our CRM system daily.

    • Value Proposition Communication: Effectively articulate our offerings, highlighting competitive advantages, resources, and processes that benefit potential clients.

    Strategic Contribution: Contribute innovative ideas, strategies, and insights to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and long-term vision.


Requirements

We’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment:

  •  Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the SaaS world

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

    • Proficiency in sales CRM and outbound tools

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.

    • Fluency in English is mandatory
