About the role

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights to support the company's overall business objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders, transforming data into compelling narratives that shape decision-making across the organisation. 

What you'll be doing

Generate Compelling Business Insights 

• Create and maintain performance visualisation 
• Analyse performance and trends
• Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior management

Shape Organisational Strategy

• Set segment and targeting
• Own the Annual Business Plan process
• Prepare and follow up on Account Specific Action Plans
• Develop business cases and identify business development opportunities

Data Management

• Maintain data to ensure its accuracy, accessibility, and reliability for analysis and decision-making 
• Improve efficiency in data handling
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role 
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities 
• Experience with Power BI and Salesforce 
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
