About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills and experience working in an international environment. You will play a critical role in managing key accounting functions and supporting the overall financial health of the company.


What you'll do:

  • Demonstrate strong technical accounting skills.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, creating accounting workpapers from a blank Excel file.
  • Perform key accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), inventory management, and reconciliation of accounts, banks, and balance sheets.
  • Collect cash and diagnose invoice discrepancies with our B2B marketplace customers.
  • Support the local entity with rotations across Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, as well as Group Consolidation P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Assist the accounting team during month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Contribute to the development of accounting policies, financial reports, transfer pricing, and support for financial and tax audits.
  • Enhance the company's annual budgeting and cash flow forecasting processes.
  • Master internal systems, including Shopify, CIN7, and Xero.
