About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our Residential Solar PV Sales team. In this remote role, you will manage the entire sales process, from handling sales inquiries and conducting consultations to negotiating deals and building lasting relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, skilled in communication, negotiation, and results-oriented, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business outcomes.


What you’ll do

Sales Inquiries & Initial Consultations:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively contact potential customers to explain the client's products and services.
  • Conduct initial consultation meetings via Microsoft Teams or other virtual platforms to present solar PV solutions and tailored quotes.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of solar energy, address customer queries, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Proposal Management & Customer Follow-up:

  • Prepare and send detailed proposals outlining the solar PV system, pricing, and benefits tailored to the customer’s needs.
  • Follow up with customers to provide additional information and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure that proposals are accurate, timely, and professional.

Site Visit Coordination & Customer Engagement:

  • Coordinate site visits with technical teams to assess property suitability for solar PV installation.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their project, addressing any concerns in a timely manner.

Negotiation & Closing Sales:

  • Handle customer objections, negotiate terms, and ensure that deals are closed effectively and efficiently.
  • Visit customers' homes, if needed, to finalize sales, payment plans, and details regarding installation.
  • Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Payment Plans & Financial Coordination:

  • Discuss and arrange customer-friendly payment plans while ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
  • Ensure all financial paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

Remote Work & Site Visits:

  • This is a remote role, and you will primarily work from home. However, occasional site visits to customer homes may be required to finalize deals or resolve specific concerns.
