We are looking for an Electromechanical Professional Bachelor graduate with strong mechanical skills, to join us in our Brussels Innovation Center (located in Strombeek-Bever)!

You will become part of the Procter & Gamble R&D organization and you will have the opportunity to contribute to truly disruptive innovation challenges and apply into practice your thinking/analytical skills. As a result, we create new improved technologies and products for our consumers. The R&D pilot plant organization, where you will become part of, focuses on developing the know-how we need for designing the process & formulation to deliver the new inventions for all liquid F&HC brands, like Ariel, Dash, Dreft, Fairy,…

Within the R&D Pilot plant you will become the equipment owner for the Converter machine that can make the Ariel, Dash and Dreft Pods. The converter machine you will own is highly complex, technically challenging, and proprietary knowledge to P&G. It is critical to support all the global development for Fabric and Home care Unit Dose products. You will test new capabilities to improve the machines performance and test new Unit dose forms and shapes, while maintaining the machine in base condition. This work will be done in partnership with engineering, manufacturing and other R&D colleagues.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

  • Testing new technologies on the development Converter machine.
  • Maintaining the Converter Machine in base condition.
  • Troubleshooting unexpected transformations in partnership with R&D, Engineering & plant colleagues.
  • Executing & providing input to R&D learning plans.
  • Driving for continuous improvement.
