The Global People team anticipates, shapes and drives KPMG's People priorities in support of our Trust and Growth ambition. Global People designs and delivers innovative solutions that support execution of our Collective Strategy under our agreed priority areas: Ethical & Collaborative Culture, Global Mobility, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, Learning & Development and Talent, underpinned by technology solutions from our Digital HR team

The mandate of the Global People team is to drive execution on the global business strategy through our collective People Strategy working together, and with our colleagues around the world, to deliver leading HR service and support to our global functions, regions, member firms and staff. Global People is responsible for designing and delivering solutions focusing on our globally agreed strategic imperatives of Mobility, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, Digital HR, Talent and L&D.

Role Summary

The role forms a pivotal part of the Global Talent team managing the delivery of the annual Global People Survey. A key focus is the management of the survey set up process for the network, including the execution of key milestones across all member firms, providing virtual classrooms in support of each milestone, and providing support through regional support teams to enable member firms to successfully participate in the annual Global People Survey.

Key Accountabilities

  • GPS Delivery: Works with the survey vendor to implement network survey set up, administration, and results delivery requirements.
  • Relationship management
  • Team management: ensures the team is coordinated towards delivery with clear roles and responsibilities, as well as support for their own development
  • Stakeholder management: inclusive but not limited to the Global Talent Team, Regional Leads, and Country GPS contacts
  • Vendor management: partners with the survey vendor on a day-to-day, operational basis to ensure joint success of the GPS, holds the vendor accountable for delivering on network and global requirements
  • GPS administrative management: maintains documentation, manages the financial process, and prepares for and conducting compliance testing


Technical Skills, Abilities & Qualifications

  • Experience managing large-scale projects, global or international project implementation experience a plus
  • Experience in engagement measurement or survey tools, familiarity with the Qualtrics platform is a plus
  • Strong operational management and project delivery capabilities, including organisational skills and a “life-goals” level of attention to detail
  • Skilled at presenting information to stakeholders in an informative, clear and professional way, including experience in designing, developing and delivering virtual training
  • Experience influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating across a complex, global stakeholder group
  • Experience managing strong vendor partnerships
  • Ability to work independently and virtually with geographically dispersed stakeholders including working with and managing a diverse and remote team
  • Skilled in the Microsoft office suite of tools, PowerPoint, Excel, in particular, experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly professional and culturally sensitive / inclusive – ability to connect to and relate with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds and with different styles. International experience highly valued
  • Consulting, OD or HR background is a plus
