Remote Oracle F2P Business Analyst | WFH

Job Overview

We are a distinguished global manufacturing organization focused on pioneering innovative infrastructure equipment that facilitates global connectivity. As an Oracle Business Analyst specializing in the Forecast to Plan (F2P) process, you will be integral to the successful deployment of our global Oracle Cloud ERP system. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including F2P colleagues, solutions architects, and various business stakeholders, ensuring the effective design and execution of planning and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion ERP and Forecast to Plan modules, ensuring that configuration documentation is current.
• Develop design specifications for reports and system solutions.
• Create detailed process flows and user instructions.
• Draft and execute comprehensive test plans to verify system performance.
• Manage Change Tickets for documenting system modifications.
• Prepare and deliver training materials and sessions for users, both one-on-one and in group formats.
• Address and resolve production support tickets efficiently.
• Conduct testing of the Oracle System and its related processes to guarantee optimal functionality.
• Design and document system solutions and business processes.
• Collaborate with project management, subject matter experts, and technical teams to support overall project objectives.
• Author functional specification documents delineating system requirements.
• Coordinate activities with team members and business stakeholders to improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage Oracle service requests effectively.
• Provide 24⁄7 support during critical production cutover and go-live events.
• Partner with various vendors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• A BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years as a business analyst, with substantial experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• At least 3 years of specific experience with the Supply Chain Planning module within Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Demonstrated capability in designing business processes and systems solutions.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
