About the role:
 

We have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Program Delivery Director   to be a huge part of the implementation of standard technology and processes, that will enable scale and efficiencies across the company and ensure effective business adoption.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the organization's SAPS/4 HANA programs, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

  • Managing a portfolio of projects,including integrations, release 2 and also continual program direction for anything upgrades and continuous improvement

  • Guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless coordination between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of programs, from planning and blueprinting through to go-live and post-implementation support

  • Build strong relationships with internal business leaders, stakeholders, and project sponsors to ensure alignment with program objectives

  • Manage relationships with external SAPS/4 HANAimplementation partners, consultants, and third-party vendors, ensuring accountability for deliverables

  • Manage the financial aspects of SAP programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

About you:

  • Extensive experience in SAP program management, project delivery, or large-scale ERP implementations

  • Experience in managing global or multi-site SAP projects and working with geographically dispersed teams

  • Financial management and budgetary control skills with a focus on maximizing ROI for SAP investments

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of navigating complex challenges in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
