ABOUT YOU:

You are a passionate and experienced Driver/Guide, ready to join one of Australia’s most celebrated Outback touring companies. You believe that every guest experience should be nothing short of extraordinary, with safety as your guiding principle. You have a gift for storytelling: the ability to captivate audiences, sharing tales that not only inspire but also educate, creating lasting memories that enrich their journey through the stunning Australian outback.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST:

If this sounds like you and you’re excited about the possibility of joining the Outback Spirit Touring team, now is your chance to submit your CV as an expression of interest for the 2025 season.

We are seeking single Driver Guides for the top-end of Australia across the Kimberley, Arnhem Land and Kakadu regions. Our high-end tours range from 3-18 days in length with a mix of overnight stays at Outback Spirit Lodges and third-party providers.

We are also seeking interest for Two-Up Crew (couples desirable) for all other locations across Australia.

The touring season operates from March to the end of October.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Medium/Heavy Rigid License
  • Commercial Passenger Endorsement
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (valid for 12 months)
  • Food Handling certificate
  • Required Guiding Accreditations for specific locations
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and high presentation standards
  • Ability to solve problems without compromising on the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
