About The Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy Recruitment and Sales Coordinator to support the Talent Lead and drive business growth through the implementation of sales automation and recruitment technology.

In this role, you will focus on setting up and managing sales automation workflows using CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to efficiently track, engage, and convert client leads, while also supporting recruitment operations.

Your ability to develop and streamline sales and recruitment processes will ensure Bloom HR’s growth, and your content creation skills will help communicate effectively with clients and candidates.

What You'll Do

  • Sales and Business Automation: Lead the implementation of sales automation using CRM tools to ensure smooth client engagement, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients through automated and proactive engagement, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with high-quality solutions.
  • Recruitment Process Automation: Use AI and other automation tools to streamline recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate care.
  • Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and well-organised content for client communications, job ads, proposals, and automated candidate and sales communications.
  • System Integration: Ensure the smooth integration between CRM and ATS systems for a unified and efficient workflow.
  • Recruitment support: Support the talent lead and consultants with recruitment administration and coordination activities.
