Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Php 60,000 to Php 90,000 per month (All-in salary package)

Theoria’s Data Science and Analytics Department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our operational processes, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, and driving efficiency across the organization.

Shift Structure: 

  • Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST
  • Remote 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Evaluate current operational processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of operational initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and support for operational objectives.
  • Lead and manage projects aimed at optimizing operations, including planning, execution, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Support the development of long-term operational strategies and contribute to the company’s overall strategic planning efforts. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a related role, preferably within healthcare.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare IT / biotech / life sciences experience. 
  • Understanding of high-level healthcare concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organization skills 
  • U.S. Eastern daytime business hours
