As a Sales Account Executive, you will take charge of acquiring and managing client relationships in the DACH region. Your role will involve understanding client needs, presenting tailored software solutions, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for software solutions in the German-speaking market.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized software solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and to harness upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in English to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and their applications in business.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
