Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to orders, products, and logistics in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and e-commerce trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in English to collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Previous experience in customer support or within the e-commerce sector is a plus.
