As one of the largest delivery platforms in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Mrsool has captivated users with its unique and seamless experience, earning it the highest ratings among all major delivery platforms on both Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store.

What sets Mrsool apart is its commitment to providing an unmatched "order anything from anywhere" experience. This extraordinary feat is made possible by our extensive fleet of dedicated on-demand couriers. With their unwavering dedication, they ensure that your desired items reach your doorstep, no matter where you are.

Whether it's a late-night craving, a forgotten item, or a special gift for a loved one, Mrsool is here to deliver, quite literally. We take pride in the convenience we offer, empowering you to get what you need when you need it, all at the tap of a button.

The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are looking for a Senior/Principal Product Manager (all genders) to join our tech teams and help create an amazing customer delivery experience. Our Android, iOS and web apps help connect riders, restaurants and customers, to facilitate deliveries, and this has a direct impact on the work and lives of users around the world.

The Senior/Principal PM role at Mrsool has an extremely high social and business impact, and like any such role, it’s naturally gratifying and fulfilling from a career growth perspective but also comes with large responsibilities. As a customer-centric product manager, you will develop features that solve real problems and generate business impact, whilst partnering up with stakeholders such as engineering, design, operations and executive management.

The wide customer base for this product portfolio (real-life users, riders, restaurants, other engineering teams) means this role will expose you to a wide range of related topics, almost all of them of critical importance to the business.

Working with your own team, but often in collaboration with other tech teams, you will serve as an internal/external liaison between engineering, design, operations, and executive management, building tech solutions that power products which in turn serve millions of customers.

The primary part of this role will be to define and execute Mrsool’s product strategy and vision for Search experience. We are building a proposition we believe customers will be excited by and driving growth of our product through several big investments in customer experience.

You'll be the valued expert and custodian of the end to end app journey across all aspects of Search. This will include Customer Experience - ensuring a personalised, dynamic and friction-free experience, monitoring and upholding high quality, performance and stability goals; and Search platform - reducing dependencies on legacy tech and supporting developers with making the right choices to build a scalable, fast, best-in-class search stack.

The role is based in our Riyadh headquarters and offers visa sponsorship.

What You Will Do💡
    • Define product strategy, roadmap and backlog for Search and drive meaningful impact for the customer and business by delivering on them successfully and quickly across the customer journey
    • Identify, conceptualise and develop new features and products,  that deliver clear business impact. Do it in a customer-oriented way, with quality in mind, and prioritise what’s best for the company based on specific goals and impact.
    • Be a leader in championing your product across all stakeholders, internal and external, including regional country teams, marketing etc.
    • Develop, lead and implement projects such as company-wide go-to-market plans. Ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with other departments and functions.
    • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, uncovering problem spaces on the ground and informing new product features that solve for local users and local businesses.
    • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, assisting and troubleshooting to ensure that products are competitive and marketable.
    • Collaborate with engineers and designers, and other colleagues sharing knowledge on product developments and issues, to discuss and implement effective solutions for the team.
    • Perform A/B testing working with product analysts and data scientists to validate and iterate product increments that demonstrate customer and business value.
    • Gather and use quantitative and qualitative data, creating hypotheses and making informed product decisions, testing assumptions early to reduce risk up-front. Conducting/facilitating market and competitor research with adjacent functions (e.g. design, ops etc.)
    • Help train, mentor and upskill other PMs to elevate their skills and to increase your impact across the organisation.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For❓
  • Minimum of 7 years of prior experience working in a PM role (bonus if within the mobility or geo-mapping industries).
  • Previous experience in conceptualizing B2C product solutions, engaging with business stakeholders.
  • Experience in working on mobile-first experiences with Android or iOS engineers.
  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment, to manage and close the loop on multiple concurring tasks - all whilst building healthy relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies and processes (e.g. sprints, kanban etc.)
  • Data-driven and impact-oriented; comfortable in analysing, reporting and efficiently formulating insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders, partners and executive management.
  • Knowledge of design thinking methodologies to create outstanding user experiences with the help of UX or product designers.
  • BSc or MSc degree (or equivalent)
