The T&C Technical Certifications team within CNS Services and Care (S&C) organization is responsible for capabilities development and knowledge management across all CNS products and services, leveraging technical expertise across S&C. We help build a continuous role-based learning culture combining all forms of learning with emphasis on collaboration to build the capabilities of the future. We foster collaborative communities where team members learn from one another, capturing knowledge for future use.
The Cross Domain Architect in T&C is responsible for,
- Developing competency programs to enable CNS teams to successfully design, deploy and support CNS products and solutions.
- Serving as the global leader of the global community of practice to support the creation, capture, and exchange of knowledge relevant to the community.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Enable services delivery teams through training curriculums, Knowledge Transfers, and domain and technology solution level certifications.
- Partner with other S&C teams to engage in early PoCs, customer projects and customer innovations to support capabilities development
- Work closely with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams on new releases, to contribute & learn from field experience before sharing knowledge/experience with delivery teams.
- Engage with R&D to understand the evolution of SW products starting early in the product design lifecycle
- Technical oversight for product level trainings and practitioner certifications created by product training developers and CNS professors.
- Support the creation and launching of training lab exercises.
- Support Collaborative Knowledge Sharing & Communities of Practice
- Pilot and implement new and innovative ways of enablement and knowledge dissemination methods
Key Skills And Experience
BS in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering / Science, or equivalent experience. MS degree a plus.
- Twelve or more years of demonstrated experience in architecture, design, deployment or integration.
- Experience designing and deploying solutions in customer environments.
- Cross-domain solution architecture and delivery experience
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the domains: SSP (Subscriber Signaling and Policy), PaCo (Packet Core), IPTel (IP Telephony), Analytics, or DO (Digital Operations).
- Knowledge of Nokia Cloud Infra (NCP/OCP, NCS, CBIS/CBAM) and/or Public Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure).
- Knowledge of 4G/5G architecture, including Service Based Architecture and cloud-native design.
- Continuous learning, adapting new technology and methodologies, staying up to date on relevant industry trends.
- A strong commitment to sharing technical knowledge within and outside your team.
- Ability to work as part of multi-cultural global team in different time zones.
