Minimum three years of construction accounting experience, Proficiency with fully integrated ERP system, Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook), Knowledge of AIA Vista Viewpoint or similar software.
Key responsabilities:
- Process and track payments from subcontractors
- Manage profitability projections and job cost accounting
- Communicate with managers and vendors about draw requests
- Ensure proper coding of accounts payable
- Prepare monthly projection and other needed reports
