These are exciting times at The Salvation Army as we launch a significant digital and business transformation. We are in the midst of revolutionizing our core capabilities to maximize service and mission outcomes. This will include an integrated platform for relationship and people management, learning, intranet and data warehouse. In order to achieve all this, we are now hiring a Communications Specialist to support our HR Transformation program.
As the Communications Specialist, you will create and deliver effective content for HR transformation initiatives, focusing on clear, concise, and impactful communication across various channels, particularly in sensitive areas like labor relations and organizational change. You excel in simplifying complex information and presenting it through polished, compelling PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, in this role you will collaborate with functional areas to understand their communication needs and manage publishing processes in coordination with HR, Communication, and Program teams.
This is a 12–15-month contract role to support a program delivery.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $75,454 (mid.) to $90,545 (max). Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
