Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator
Division: Medical Sales
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Employment type: full-time temperary employment (12-Month Contract)
Job location: Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, or Quebec (remote opportunity)

Job summary

We are searching for a dynamic professional to join our Medical Sales Division as our newest Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator, reporting into the Manager, Concierge. The Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator will handle inquiries, scheduling and education for the Quebec and Canadian French medical cannabis patients by telephone and email. Must be able to speak fluently in French and English. Will assist our Health Care Practitioners with accurate history taking and verbal or written translation. Must work as an effective member of an integrated Patient Service team. Must be able to work quickly and in a detailed manner to keep up-to-date with patient requests.Sound interesting? As the Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Vetting medical records and referrals
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Booking and confirming patient appointments
  • Answering patient and physician inquiries via email
  • Data entry and document management
  • Educating patients on medical cannabis
  • Completing registrations with Licensed Cultivators
  • Keeping up to date on current cannabis news, laws and regulations
  • Troubleshooting patient concerns
  • Establishing and maintaining a maximum level of client satisfaction
  • Helping out with patient retention
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • 2 years experience in the Clinic preferred
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Comfortable learning and working with new software
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
