For the position of Data Scientist, we are looking for a professional who has a business vision, experience in analyzing user behavior based on data, knowledge of some programming language, digital metrics and who is always aware of all the market news.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• In the Innovation area, collaborate with a diverse team made up of designers, statisticians, engineers and developers to help our clients extract value from the universe of data;
• Supporting quantitative Discovery research;
• Assisting in the validation of questionnaires for data collection;
• Contribution to one or more stages of data preparation: Cleaning; Dimensional reduction; Transforming categorical data into numerical data; Adjusting the scale of the data.
• Acting in the development of cluster analysis: Drawing insights from data; Developing and evaluating models; Generating visualizations to facilitate communication with the client; Documenting results in a clear and concise manner;
• Assisting in the creation of behavioral personas.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies for processing and analyzing data to create models: Python, R, Google Sheets or Excel;
• Experience with data projects;
• Communication with technical and non-technical staff;

• Previous interaction with design teams will be a plus.
