High School diploma or equivalent, Two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience, Working knowledge of Quality System standards preferred, Inside sales or sales support experience preferred, Proficient in Office and AQMS.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage client inquiries and follow up
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and assist with documentation completion
- Create quotes and coordinate with Certification Managers
- Maintain scheduling database and schedule audits/training activities
- Support certification activities and maintain favorable working relationships
