This agency will be a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. About The Role:

You, the Account Executive of our dreams, are an experienced Sales professional who has Digital Marketing agency experience selling strategic marketing services to B2B accounts. You are a strong communicator and consultative sales expert who thrives in an environment built on growth and excellence.  

A core driver of your success in this role will be your performance marketing expertise and knowledge. You will build your own custom audits using our unique methodology in the pitch process. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing B2B deals to drive revenue growth. You will be supported by a talented team of SDRs, where their success is your success, and vice versa. We truly embrace a team mentality and we all win together.

Lastly, we have very serious onboarding requirements and expect you to become an expert in marketing. You will need to understand our deliverable in great detail and will need to prove that you can do the actual work of a strategist. Our top AE’s close over 40% of their deals because they are true subject matter experts in their craft. To get out of onboarding, you will need to show proficiency in our deliverables.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own the outcome of our pipeline

  • Be accurate in your BANT and curious in how to innovate and improve 

  • Identify, engage, and close B2B accounts 

  • Attend 10+ conferences + private events annually 

  • Handle strategy and proposal calls daily

  • Performing audits, building strategies, and presenting consultative proposals on both SEO and PPC services 

  • Exceptional critical + strategic thinking skills

  • Exceptional project + time management skills

  • Polished communication skills; ability to drive a conversation with executives

  • Negotiating contracts

  • Closing new business

  • Exceeding your quota on a quarterly basis

  • Improve processes within a fast growing sales environment

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. For some positions, as posted, we will accommodate global opportunities where we have established businesses, including Canada, the UK, and Australia. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.

This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.
