We are looking to hire an Account Executive to join our mid-market sales team at Fourth! This position will be responsible for driving revenue in an assigned territory. You will prospect, build relationships, and bring new restaurants onto Fourth's platform. Expertise making persuasive product presentations, articulating compelling value propositions, and closing business is highly important.
The Role. . . Build a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales process from first call to close Conduct solution demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirementsMeet and/or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives with an annual quota of $450k+Partner with teams across the organization to ensure that expectations are correctly set during the sales process and met during implementationManage all information in Salesforce to produce consistent and accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.Stay on top of industry trends and have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to determine how to best position Fourth in the market The Ideal Candidate. . . 2+ years of experience in a prospecting or closing sales role and/or restaurant operations. Experience in Hospitality a plus!Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals Experience setting initial sales meetings through phone, email, and socialExcellent written and verbal communication, organizational and presentation skills. Must be able to demonstrate during interview process.Self-motivated, creative and ability to work in fast paced team environment. Technical proficiency with software.
