You are:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 8+ years in statutory and IFRS financial reporting (insurance/reinsurance preferred).
• Supervisory experience and strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Hyperion, and general ledger systems (PeopleSoft or SAP).
  
  

What you will do?

Our partner is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee financial reporting processes, ensure compliance with IFRS and Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) requirements, and lead accounting system implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee IFRS and BMA financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage quarterly and annual audits, coordinating with external auditors (PWC).
• Supervise and develop the Senior Financial Reporting Accountant.
