Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is seeking a motivated Medical Benefit Investigation Specialist to join their remote team. In this role, you will proactively contact insurance providers and patients to verify benefits and eligibility for medical services, ensuring smooth access to care.

Position: Remote Medical CSR

Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours will be assigned)

Equipment Provided and shipped directly.

Start Date: November 2024

  • MUST BE RESIDE IN THE FOLLOWING US STATES OF UT, FL, AZ, GA, KY, or TX FOR CONSIDERATION***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies, providers etc.; to verify patient benefits and coverage.
  • Investigate and resolve benefit-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Communicate with patients explaining their medical benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of benefit investigations in the system.

Qualifications: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OR MEDICAL BENEFITS EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Experience in medical benefit investigation (preferred but not required).
  • Call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Adhere to all required KPI's.
  • High Speed internet with modem access
