We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Technical Engagement Associate to join our team. This junior-level role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in project management and technology. You will play a pivotal role in managing security projects and collaborating with various departments across Clarest.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9AM – 5:00PM EST)

Key Responsibilities
Manage security projects, ensuring alignment with compliance standards across the organization.
Meet weekly with CISO to ensure security team is meeting goals
Document project milestones, objectives, and deliverables while keeping the team focused and accountable.
Interact with internal and external customers , and collaborate across multiple departments to drive project success.
Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and deliver reports.
Assist with security surveys , RFPs and support risk management initiatives.
Interface with senior leadership, including VPs , directors and managers to discuss project statuses and milestones.
Leverage tools such as SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other SaaS applications for effective project management.
The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s degree preferred
Skills + Abilities:
3-5 years of technical experience in cybersecurity
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with AI tools such as Co-Pilot is a plus
Experience handling contracts and working on cross-departmental initiatives
Understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST and PCI standards preferred
