As our Lifecycle Marketer, you’ll be the key driver of our marketing efforts across our GTM motions. By designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing lifecycle campaigns, you will help us scale and drive growth through strategic customer engagement. With deep technical expertise in multi-channel marketing, you’ll ensure every message resonates and drives results. You've got what it takes? Apply now!
What Makes You Special
  • 5+ Years' Experience: You bring a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in email marketing and CRM.
  • Lifecycle Marketing Mastery: You are experienced in designing and executing lifecycle campaigns that activate, engage, and retain customers, driving value at each stage of the journey.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in using platforms such as Iterable and HubSpot to manage email campaigns and customer journeys, with experience optimizing performance through these platforms.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: You’re comfortable running frequent A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing tactics and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Cross-Channel Expertise: You’re skilled at creating multi-channel marketing campaigns, including mobile and desktop/web push notifications, and know how to find the right channel fit for our audience.
  • Product-Led Sales/Growth Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of PLS and PLG motions, with experience driving demand for sales teams as a plus. You can align lifecycle marketing with product-led strategies.
  • Analytical Mindset: You’re data-driven, using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to monitor campaign performance and generate insights.
  • Content Creation: You’re a strong communicator, able to craft and produce effective marketing copy and content that resonates with our customers.
  • Process-Oriented: You facilitate QA for campaigns across the organization, ensuring that processes are streamlined and enabling teams to manage their own sends efficiently. You manage projects with precision and deliver on time.
  • Communication Pro: You excel at working cross-functionally and can translate technical marketing needs into clear concepts for stakeholders. Excellent written and spoken English is required. German fluency is considered a strong plus.
