Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will be responsible for promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
HR Duties & responsibilities:
- Driving Employer - Employee relation
- Driving Employer – Client relationship
- Manage the Hubspot inbox
- Manage compliance on Hubspot
- Manage employee benefits
- Create a safe work environment – Legal aspects
- Handle disciplinary hearings and potential CCMA cases in accordance with SEESA
- Handle employee separation process
- Manage and oversee the application of all conditions of employment
- Compile: Contract, Policies and procedures, Job descriptions via Cluster Doc
- Drafting and managing yearly performance reviews along with Department Managers
- Handle all Labor disputes
- Remedy issues an employee or employer may have
- Compensation Fund commissioner reporting and application/claims (Only if applicable)
- Report of cost of HR and current/future recruitment needs
- Manage Risk by being compliant with SA labor laws & recommendations
- Stay abreast of all labor legislations and revolving needs of employer and employees
- Collect and analyse employee data
