Job description

This growing Allied Health business with multiple clinics all over Queensland have recently opened a fresh, modern clinic near Springfield.

The clinic offers 9 consultation rooms, a commercial based gym facility, 2 physiotherapy treatment rooms, a gross motor sensory room, a fine motor/ messy play room, 2 psychology consulting rooms, a multipurpose room, and one Adult/ Paediatric multi space and one Paediatric specific room.

Benefits Of The Role

  • Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + Super
  • $15,000 Benefits package (company car, fuel allowance)
  • $3000 per year PD per clinician for external training
  • AHPRA Registration and CPR training paid for

What you will be doing

  • Travel to patient’s homes to provide meaningful therapeutic supports in context.
  • Making assessments of patients' physical and psychological conditions.
  • Formulating and introducing treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
  • Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.
  • Collaborating with allied health team, teachers, and families/carers to create plans and programs.
  • Completing documentation as required, including detailed reports.
  • Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required.
  • Using tried and tested therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care.

How you will be supported

  • Weekly multidisciplinary meetings
  • Qualified Allied Health Assistants who work across the multidisciplinary team to provide support in sessions and/or in the office.
  • $3000 annual Professional Development allowance to undertake external training
  • Administration team to take care of bookings and billings
