URGENT: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist (ODOO experience and Order Processing background is required)

Compensation: $5.00 - $6.00 / hour

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.


• Take customer orders and follow up to ensure timely payment.


• Generate and send invoices to customers using ODOO.


• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring payments are received and recorded accurately.


• Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments.


• Prepare and maintain financial reports related to AR/AP.


• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.


• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to AR/AP.


• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

• Proven experience with ODOO and billing processes.


• Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable principles.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


• Experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST
