Job description

About The Role

Compensation: 900 AUD per month (paid twice a month)

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 9:00am to 6:00pm Sydney Time (inclusive of 1-hour unpaid lunch break) 40 hours/week

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Sales Support/Admin professional to join our team. This pivotal role will provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and the highest level of client service. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, articulate, and passionate about contributing to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing Management: Ensure all new listings are processed accurately and promptly within 24 hours.
  • Sales Administration: Process all sales advice on the same day it is received, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Vendor Reporting: Prepare and send vendor reports every Tuesday, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and communicated effectively.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update databases across platforms such as AgentBox, RPData, and Ignite to ensure information is current and accurate.
  • Campaign Coordination: Use tools such as Campaign Track, Campaign Agent, Plezzel, and ActivePipe to manage and optimize marketing campaigns for property listings.
  • Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills and a strong command of the English language.
  • Task Management: Utilise Trello boards to track tasks and project milestones, with KPIs centered around achieving a high percentage of task completion.
  • Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support the broader team objectives.

  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English.
  • Passionate and proactive with a clear understanding of the importance of this role in supporting the team’s success.
  • Proficiency with real estate software and tools such as AgentBox, Campaign Track, Campaign Agent, Plezzel, ActivePipe, Ignite, REA, Domain, and RPData.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
