Job description

This is a remote position.

Our partner is a leader in the test and measurement, industrial automation, and life science instruments. With more than 100 years of experience in measuring and controlling industrial processes, they encourage companies to unlock their full potential by innovative solutions.

Our client is looking for motivated individuals to join us as Presales Consultants for our Security Operations Center (SOC) services. In this role, you will help provide high-quality service and value to our customers. A background in IT is required, and having knowledge of OT (Operational Technology) is a plus. You will help identify opportunities for IT/OT SOC services by working closely with regional offices and partners. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on presales activities in countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore.
  • Work with the technical and sales teams to provide support, technical and commercial proposals, and product demos to customers and regional offices.
  • Support events in different countries when needed.
  • Report to Digital Service, the Vietnam team, and the Business Development Team at Electric International.
  • Assist the presales team in India by coordinating proposals and other tasks.
Main Tasks:
  • Work with teams to create proposals and give presentations to customers.
  • Follow up with regional offices on sales opportunities from start to finish, such as responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and customer inquiries.
  • Join meetings with customers and regional offices as needed.
  • Travel to different countries in Asia for client meetings, demos, or events when necessary.
  • Work with technical teams during the proposal phase to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Support sales teams in preparing commercial proposals for IT/OT SOC services.


Requirements
Must Have:
  • A good understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework for ICS and IT.
  • Experience in managing presales opportunities from the first stage to the proposal.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security, with certifications like CEH or ECSA.
  • A team player with a focus on customer service.

Nice to Have:
  • Basic knowledge of the OT domain.
  • Familiarity with the IEC 62443 standard and the Purdue model reference architecture.
