Schedule: Full-Time, 30-40 hours a week Flexible schedule

Benefits:  Fully remote position, 40 hours annually, Paid Time Off,  2 Days Off

Salary / Rate:  PKR 2,600,000 - 3,300,000 Annually

Job Summary

Join our team as a UI/UX Designer who is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital products, with a focus on enhancing the overall user experience. This role involves a combination of creative design skills and a deep understanding of user behavior to produce interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. The UI/UX Designer is involved in staying updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality of the user experience.


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. User Research:

  • Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and preferences.

  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improvements.


  1. Wireframing and Prototyping:

  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to refine the user interface.


  1. Visual Design:

  • Develop visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines.

  • Choose appropriate color schemes, typography, and imagery to enhance the overall user experience.


  1. Interaction Design:

  • Design and implement interactive elements to improve user engagement and satisfaction.

  • Ensure seamless and intuitive navigation through the product interface.


  1. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.

  • Collaborate on design solutions that balance user needs with technical feasibility.


  1. Usability Testing:

  • Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback on designs from real users.

  • Use testing results to identify areas for improvement and refine the user interface.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, visual communication, or a related field. 

  • Specialized UI/UX Design Courses or Certifications

  • Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Courses

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be beneficial 

  • Master's Degree in Interaction Design or UX/UI Design, a plus

  • Experience with Webflow or other no code website building tools is required

  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Proficiency in using design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other prototyping tools to create wireframes and interactive prototypes

  • Visual Design Skills: Strong aesthetic sensibility, including a good understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing designs

  • Skill in designing interactive elements and transitions that enhance the overall user experience

  • Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
