Job description

IBC Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Crypto Debt Collector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts from clients and ensuring timely payments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned crypto accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Contact crypto debtors via phone, email, or encrypted messaging platforms to inquire about their payment status.
  • Negotiate payment plans and payoff deadlines with crypto debtors.
  • Handle questions or complaints from crypto debtors in a professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in crypto accounts and transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
  • Update account status and database regularly.
  • Alert management of crypto debtors unwilling or unable to pay.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on crypto collection activities and progress.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a debt collector or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology.
